Wayth Property & Asset Management specialises in running property, hospitality, and serviced accommodation projects on behalf of owners. From day-to-day operations to staff coordination, maintenance, and compliance, they ensure every asset runs smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standard—taking the pressure off owners while maximising value and maintaining quality and consistency.

THE BRIARCROFT HOTEL

The Briarcroft in Goole is Northern Lion’s first hospitality project under the Wayth Hotels brand.

Developed from the ground up and now fully operated in-house, it’s a practical example of how hospitality and serviced accommodation projects can combine stunning design and smooth operations to create strong returns.

THE CIVIC HALL HOTEL

Currently under development, The Civic Hall Hotel in Hebden Bridge is due to open in late spring 2026.

This 16-room aparthotel is the second project from Wayth Hotels and will combine thoughtful design, efficient operations, and a welcoming guest experience to maximise returns and create lasting value.
